Jacob Martin

Jacob Martin serves as Bar Director at Liberty Entertainment Group, bringing internationally recognized expertise and a global perspective to the organization.

With a background in food history from the University of Toronto and early distinction as one of the youngest American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professionals in the United States, Jacob built a strong operational foundation before transitioning into the global bar and restaurant industry.

He co-founded Bar Pompette, named the 7th Best Bar in North America and #1 in Canada, and later opened Bar Banane, where he earned World Class Canada Bartender of the Year before being awarded Best Bartender in the World in 2023.

Today, Jacob represents Canada on the global stage, guest bartending and collaborating with many of the world’s most celebrated bars across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. At Liberty Entertainment Group, he applies his global experience, operational expertise, and award-winning creativity to deliver beverage programs that reflect international standards and the group’s commitment to excellence.
