This summer, Canada’s famed castle – Casa Loma will play host to an exciting new show State of Mind – The Illusion of Choice.  As guests arrive, they will travel through Casa Loma’s historic tunnels before being taken to the performance stages for an exciting evening of psychological wonders.  State of Mind is a magical blend of mystery, music, and daring. From the moment guests arrive, State of Mind dismantles all sense of reason and replaces it with infinite possibilities. Featuring two separate and unique performances, State of Mind – The Illusion of Choice takes guests on a cerebral experience into a colorful and exciting celebration of human consciousness.   The entire audience becomes part of the cast, partaking in several experiments that inevitably lead to remarkable conclusions. The main stage’s Miraculum, created by famed mentalist Lawrence Larouche, is a doorway into a world of tantalizing mysteries. As members of the audience partake in the vast array of strange and bizarre experiments in the Carriage Room, they become more and more like mesmerized children playing in the magician’s back yard.  The performance awakens something within all of us that has been inadvertently left behind on the way to adulthood… the sense of astonishment and wonder.

In the newly designed theatre space on the second floor of the Stables, world renowned magician Jeff Kaylor creates an unforgettable intimate experience for the audience. Direct from LA’s famed Magic Castle, Kaylor performs a barrage of mind-bending close up illusions.  Ranging from magical to mystifying, his unique fast-paced sleight of hand illusions hit guests like a wrecking ball leaving them pleasantly pondering what just happened.

State of Mind is not included with Casa Loma admission.
