The Liberty Entertainment Group, lead by Nick Di Donato, has become recognized as one of the most successful and innovative companies in this industry.

Mr. Di Donato earned his Bachelor of Science and a Professional Engineering degree from the University of Toronto. With twenty-five years of design and construction experience, as well as twenty-five years in the food service and hospitality industries, Mr. Di Donato leads one of Canada's top nightlife and entertainment companies.

Renowned for creating venues of magnitude, originality and diversity, Mr. Di Donato's vision and commitment is the driving force that fuels the Liberty Entertainment Group to continuously strive to achieve greater heights and higher standards far beyond the competition.

Pat Di Donato

Pat Di Dontato, Hon H.R.M.
Executive Vice President

From an early age Pat Di Donato immediately began to set his goals towards the hospitality industry. As an honor graduate in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Mr. Di Donato brings over 30 years of hospitality experience to the Liberty Entertainment Group.

As a co-founder of the company, Mr. Di Donato is a dynamic member of the ever-expanding team and continues to successfully develop and manage the food and hospitality aspect of the business.

Vito Ferrone

Vito Ferrone, B.A. M.A.
Vice President of Operations

Vito Ferrone graduated from York University in 1991 receiving a Masters of Arts degree in Business and Economics. With his keen knowledge and experience Mr. Ferrone joined the Liberty Entertainment Group in 1993 to oversee business operations. He has since been involved in the development and opening of over thirteen Liberty Entertainment Group properties.

Mr. Ferrone is responsible for directing daily operations, implementing procedural and administrative policies, strategic planning, as well as overseeing marketing, advertising and financial budgeting.

Nadia Di Donato

Nadia Di Donato
Creative Director

Nadia Di Donato has been part of the Liberty Entertainment Group organization since its inception in 1987. Since then, Ms. Di Donato has worked closely with its developers in creating the individually unique design approaches for each of the Liberty Group venues.

Formally trained in visual communications at Ryerson Polytechnic University and as a result of the many years of involvement with the Liberty Group, Ms. Di Donato is able to create synergy between form and function. With particular attention to detail, she has established the Liberty Entertainment Group facilities as the most creatively themed venues in the city.

Robert Rosset

Robert Rosset
Director of Sales and Catering

Robert Rosset has been orchestrating successful events in the special events industry for over fifteen years in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom; in such landmark venues as the Royal Ontario Museum, the Art Gallery of Ontario, the Hockey Hall of Fame, the Design Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Mr. Rosset is responsible for all in-house and off-premise catering events for the Liberty Entertainment Group.

Michael Ewing

Michael Ewing
Executive Corporate Chef

Michael Ewing, a twenty-five year veteran of the culinary art industry, began a classical apprenticeship at Westin Hotels at the tender age of 15.

Working throughout the city in many of Toronto's top restaurants and catering companies, Mr. Ewing draws upon his many years of culinary expertise and artistry for his role of Executive Corporate Chef for the Liberty Entertainment Group.

Mr. Ewing oversees food preparation and presentation for over four hundred events annually and manages a kitchen staff of nearly three hundred.
